Clare is equal parts corporate leader, startup advisor, and entrepreneur – with decades of experience helping companies of all sizes establish the operational rigour needed to support and maintain rapid growth. Her passion for applying data-driven decision making to solutions that make things easier for people led her to co-found Let’s Think® in 2022. 

With broad experience across finance, project management, operations, governance, and sustainability, Clare is a proven growth driver. She has led revenue-generating process improvements for established companies, advised a startup through a period of extreme growth that included rapid new product introductions and geographic expansion, and ran her own successful lifestyle business for five years. She has led several companies, including Let’s Think, through B-Corp certification and ongoing governance.
